She received an MBA from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, OH, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Organization and Management, Human Resources Management from Capella University, Minneapolis, MN. Dr. Hibbler-Britt is an Associate Professor and the Program Chair for the School of Business and Information Systems and Technology, University of Phoenix.
