Dr. Timothy Callaghan is a former Director of Tax at Verizon Wireless, a consultant, researcher and teacher. Shortly after leaving Verizon Wireless, he completed his doctoral degree in business management specializing in organizational leadership. He works as a consultant in the tax field specializing in process improvement, compliance, and tax research. He has over 35 years experience in tax, accounting, project management and finance at many of the Fortune 100 business organizations.

Dr. Tim has a B.S. in Business from St. Francis College, an MBA in Finance from St. John’s University, an M.S. in Information Systems from NYU and a Doctorate in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
Dr. Tim currently teaches MBA courses in Finance and Business Management at Stayer University at the Verizon, Basking Ridge, N.J. Corporate Headquarters. He also facilitates Accounting, and Business Management courses at the University of Phoenix, Jersey City Campus and is currently employed as a Lead Faculty Area Chair of Business there. He formerly taught online MBA courses at the JWMI (Jack Welch Management Institute) and ground MBA courses at Corporate College services, at the Prudential and PSE&G corporate headquarters. Dr. Callaghan has been teaching either MBA or Undergraduate courses in Accounting, Finance, Project Management and Business Management courses at the aforementioned colleges since 2011.
